TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
First, decide what kind of session you want.
Individual chat sessions take place in the Cyber-office, reached by clicking on the CLIENT LOGIN icon. Your payment will confirm the appointment. Once payment is received, you will be emailed confirmation of your appointment time to access the Client Login.
We understand the urgency of your personal situation and every effort will be made to accommodate your requested times. Once your one-time Email Exchange Session payment has been processed, you will receive a response within 24 hours or less.
To Get Started: Click on to the Intake Form button below , fill it out and return by clicking onto the SUBMIT button prior to your session. Then, under the Fee Section select the therapist and type of service you are interested in, then click on continue, this will take you to the PayPal site where you will sign in or create a new profile and process your payment. Once the payment has been made and you have chosen the time and format of the session, your internet counseling will be scheduled and begin.
- Read and familiarize yourself with therapists and counseling options and then choose what best serves your needs – Feel free to contact therapists by email with any questions regarding our services.
- Completely fill out our Intake Form prior to your session and return by clicking onto the SUBMIT button.
- Make your payment via Paypal associated with your therapist under their profile (note: your session cannot begin until we receive your payment)
- Your therapist will confirm your appointment.
